A full-service strategic communications agency, primarily working on local political campaigns. Manager/Accounts
• Directly collaborated with senior leadership and clients to oversee the successful implementation of campaign strategies, resulting in 9 of 13 main races won.
• Managed 13 separate campaign outreach strategies through the creation and administration of walkbooks and phonebooks, which consisted of building target data sets, designing surveys and instructing volunteers.
• Created and analyzed surveys with large data sets of in-field polling by using crosstabs to create client facing presentations and memos that summarize data findings and generate actionable insights to manage campaigns.
• Developed and implemented social media vision and strategies for our main clients, resulting in an initial 8.9 million impressions.

• Competed as a graduate student athlete for Duke University’s Volleyball team and undergraduate duel-sport student athlete at the University of the Pacific. Served as captain of the volleyball team (2018-19). As a student athlete, I attended 20+ hours of weekly practice, weights, games, and travel while maintaining a full course load.
• Member of Pacific Student Athlete Council (PSAC) to promote community involvement for student-athletes and conduct community outreach (Spring 2016 – 2019).
