Project Description:

This product comes under Web based one. This product is created for our own company to avoid getting the application from the third party side. In this product we can able to convert a language, audio, video files to other language, audio, video formats, according to the customer requirements. We will do Translation, Transcription, Typing, Captioning, Voice over for the customers. In the 1st stage customer will register in the application or customer can enroll himself by entering into chat and he will link with the MIS (Management information system) team, here they used to submit the files to MIS team to do the process. After completion process moved to the SALES team, they will discuss about the cost and deadline of the product. Then the process moved to the allocator, he will segregate the files to the vendor. The vendor will complete the work and resend to the allocator they will directly delivery to the customer through mail.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the Test Plan and writing Test Cases according to the Functional Requirements.

Executing Test Cases manually to validate the application performance.

Responsible for Retesting, Regression, Compatibility and functional testing.

Produced regular status report showing progress against milestones, status, issues.

Project Description:

In Vanan base we are maintaining 80 sites like Vanan Services, QTS, TSUS, CFT, etc. Here we are doing Transcription, Translation, Captioning, etc., for the US customers. We are transcribing both audio and document files and too we are doing subtitles for the other language videos. In every site we have options like free trial, free quote and place order, in the free trial customer used to place the order for sample files and if he satisfies with our services then he will place the order in free quote here he used to give the needed details for the sites like ETAT, Email id, contact, Languages and Files need to translate. If he is a returning customer, he used to submit the details in Place order option here we will list out entire cost details for the files to the customer.

Gathering requirements from SRS.

Preparation of Test cases for according to the Functional Specification.

Involved in Functional Testing and Regression Testing.

Defect Tracking and Report Submission.

Project #3 : EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE TOOL

Project Description:

The main scope of this tool is to record the employee performance. In this tool we can assign a task from one team to another team as well as they can assign a self-task also. If the employee needs to take leave or permission, they can apply here itself. Employee also can track their daily check in and check out details, and they can generate a monthly report. If the employee has any suggestion, concern or an issue they can update in this tool. For official purpose we have chat option to communicate with team internally. We can set the future task in the remainder and if any escalation we will get the notification alert.
