3.To lease and manage with all contractors and their supervisors during the construction and finishing stage to ensure that the activities are completed as per time and quality

4.To ensure that project activity is completed as per agreed quality specification given by consultants / project office.

5.To lease with project office and consultants to ensure right drawings are available for construction activity at appropriate time.

6.To ensure that material of right quantity and quality is available for construction on time

7.To certify running bills of contractors.

8.To monitor and control cost of the site activities including stores arrangement and reconciliation of materials.
