Working as a Electrical Site Engineer from 2016 to Till Date. Projects involved:

1) Rajiv Bheema Lift Irrigation Project – Stage-1& 2 Pump House, Kothakota,Telangana.

12MW*3no’s and 4MW*3no’s Synchronous motors with 132/11Kv substation. 2) Sripada Sagar Lift Irrigation Project – Jogapur Pump House, Telangana.

2.9 MW*4no’s and 1MW*2 Induction motors.

Responsibilites Undertaken:

Operation of 12 MW synchronous motors using SFC soft starter

O& M of Pump House and Substation including issuing safety work permits, troubleshooting, condition monitoring etc.

Maintenance of control room having control and relay panels.

Maintenance of 132/11kv substation having 25MVA and 20MVA power transformers.

Operation and maintenance of 150kw induction motors, Hopd and Eopd Butterfly valves.

Maintenance of Battery charger with 510AH - 220v, 200AH - 110V battery banks and 5KVA UPS system.

Operation and Troubleshooting of 250 KVA DG set..

Maintain the Daily, Monthly and Yearly records.
