1. Investigated and troubleshoot service product issues (either local or network troubleshooting).

2. Repair, curative and preventive maintenance of equipment. 3. Develop documentation for service related issues and resolutions. 4. Identified problems and recorded solutions for reference purposes. 5. Collaborated with various teams to fix product issues. 6. Kept records and also ensured the equipment were in good shape. March 2019 - March 2020 National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) at 34 Artillery Brigade, Obinze, Owerri, Imo State.
