Preparation and monitoring the stock of cutting tools both to line & to regrind.
With co-ordination of design department to manufacture the fixtures, gauges and tooling for new product development & insourcing process establishment.

Identifying and implementing Kaizen and suggestions relating to improvement activity in the fixtures & Tooling.
Maintaining the stock of Wear parts through Wear part management & tools kanban for availability of tools.
Implemented various Mistake Proofing (Poka Yoke) techniques in the jigs & fixtures and thereby reduced the extent of product rejections and eliminated customer complaints.
Detailed analyzing and problem solving to eliminating the internal customer complaint on tooling.
