Provide health services for clients from birth to elderly under the supervision of Dr. David Simonak and Dr. Ryan Simonak. Treatment is focused on prevention of disease and maintenance of health utilizing client education and prescriptive authority when appropriate. EMR program of EClinicals is utilized, procedures include skin lesion biopsy and destruction, I & D of abscess with wound care, ABI’s and simple suturing. Our clinic approaches endocrine disorders using both pharmacological and supplemental nutrition methods; focusing on whole body, mind and spirit wellness.

Woodville Pediatrics, Woodville, Texas April 2008 – November 2013

Provided health services to pediatric clients from birth to age 18. Services provided to Medicaid, Superior Foster Care, Insurance and private pay patients under the supervision of Dr. G. Fidone and Dr. G. Glass from the Children’s Clinic of Lufkin. Treatment was focused on disease prevention and health maintenance. Woodville Pediatrics is a satellite clinic to The Children’s Clinic of Lufkin. I was the establishing NP for the clinic and duties included staff management, lab responsibilities and building/equipment management.

Mid-America Occupational Health Services est 2006 – April 2008

Provided health services for companies and organizations within SW Kansas. Services included: immediate care for injuries, post-offer evaluations, DOT physicals, spirometry testing, physical capacity profiling, audiology and vision testing. This was an entity of Siena Medical Clinic in Garden City, KS.

Assisted in the provision of a local primary care clinic for those with HIV and AIDS.
