I have an active and unrestricted DEA license, as well as an X-DEA license. I am PECOS and Medicare certified. I have completed the 24 hour MAT training program, obtained my DATA 2000 Waiver as of 04/21/2020. I am willing to acquire multi state licenses as needed. I have reliable means of transportation, as well as a quiet working home environment. I have 4 years experience as a RN working in a critical care setting and 2 years providing BHRT and primary care in an in person as well as telemedicine services. I have one year providing psychiatric medication management to our veterans.
I am well experienced in communicating in a medical setting using online tools and technology as most of my FNP didactic course work was online and through tools such as skype for live advanced assessments.
