ROLE - AS ISO AUDITOR – MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE. (MR) Responsible for the entire ISO system, which included: -

- Preparation / changing of the ISO quality and procedure manuals.

- Management Representative (MR) conducting Management Review Meetings and other office weekly / monthly meetings.

- Carrying out internal audits, preparation of audit plan, audit reports, training of new recruits/staff, monthly reports and minutes of meeting.

- Customer feedback analysis.

- Maintaining all ISO related data.

ROLE – AS ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

q Setting up the Office

Set up the filing system of the entire office, including Arrangements to set up all office equipment (telephone, answering system, fax, photocopy machines, mobile requirements.)

Set up the database consisting of:

- Client list and all other relevant contact details (with assigned duties for Regular updates.

- Staff details.

- Formats for survey reports, (final and preliminary) and all daily administration and ISO related formats.

q Handling enquiries and executing job instructions Responsible for all incoming job enquiries. Set up the system for maintaining of proper records.

Prepare and send quotations to clients and liaison for work scope, agreements, execution of job and final reporting.

(Clients comprise of Ship Owners / Insurance Companies / P&I Companies / Underwriters / Ship Managers / Brokers, Banks, etc.) Preparation of survey reports based on information provided by the Managers

/ Surveyors, / Sub Contractors including vetting of reports and dispatch of preliminary and final report to Client along with invoice. q Assisting / trouble shooting on IT related problem and liaising with AMC Companies.

Responsible for all IT related matters with the assistance of Annual Maintenance Companies, which included the administration of the Server and Email Server.

Setting up email accounts for the staff, installation of programs, software / antivirus and other minor troubleshooting.

q Control / possession of all company documentation / staff passports and labour cards
