Dear Sir, dear Madam,

I finish my thesis, which is in collaboration between two big institutions CEA and IRCOF, under the head of Pr. Franck Le Derf and Pr. Pierre Yves Renard. My thesis focuses on the development of a new miniaturized device for mycotoxins detection based on fluorescence specifically SPIT-FRI (Solid Phase Immobilized Tripod for Fluorescent Renewable Immunoassay) method. During my PhD, I had the opportunity to develop research skills toward multistep synthesis in aim to obtain different target heteromultifunctional molecules in order to study their bioconjugation ligation and their immobilization on Gold surface. Purification (HPLC, HPLC inverse-phase and flash chromatography) as well as characterization of these molecules (RMN, MS, TLC-MS, HRMS, IR, AFM, XPS, Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Fluorescence microscope) were mandatory before and after immobilization on the gold surface. Working on this subject required multidisciplinary knowledge in different fields such as organic chemistry, surface chemistry and bio-organic chemistry which enriched my knowledge.

Before my PhD, I did my Master 2 internship in CEA-Saclay at LICSEN laboratory (Laboratoire d’Innovation en Chimie de Surface et Nanosciences) where I learn to synthesize polymer grafted gold nanoparticles for Chemotherapy drug delivery application. This work was published in ACS applied biomaterials.

Review of my qualifications will showcase years of strong synthesis, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, surface chemistry, and nanochemistry. In addition to leadership and problem-solving skills obtained from academic, internship experiences relevant to chemistry and business. These experiences have shaped me into a hard worker who can get along with others.

Over the course of years, I consider myself to be an independent individual who possesses excellent verbal communication and administrative skills. By which, along the past years, I have participated in many oral communications and I was glad to obtain many awards (as you can see in the attached CV).
