Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco), Dhahran, S.A.

Perform site due diligence review and facilitate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Prepare bid packages, manage RFIs, shop drawings approval, review and approve materials quotes, and level and negotiate bids. Manage entire scope of project: entitlement, design, permitting, contracting, construction, and project close out.

Aug 2008 – July 2016: Project Manager/Sr. Project Engineer

Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco), Dhahran, S.A.

Responsibilities include overseeing a Joint venture engineering and construction project between Dow Chemical and Aramco (SADARA) to ensure all work is executed in a safe manner by coaching the overall team and leading by example. Duties include monitoring and supervising the constructability program implementation to ensure compliance with project policy and procedures, reviewing of the change orders and evaluation of cost and schedule implications on the project, managing the procurement activities of EPC Contractors, reviewing and approving recommended bidders lists, commenting on technical bid evaluations, conducting regular progress meetings with contractors on procurement issues, and following up on expediting of all materials ordered

Sr. Project Engineer

Provide project support to the PM with planning and coordination of the project activities to achieve project objectives related to Nuclear Power plant Design. Duties include coordinating weekly project meetings to review safety, project schedule milestone, three week look ahead schedule, and project action register items, and to expedite weekly schedule and update report.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities include performing subcontractor technical representative (STR) tasks, monitoring technical and administrative progress of subcontracted work related to waste projects and the landfill operation, and developing, reviewing and filing daily reports and quantity verification reports and subcontract changes/modifications. Responsibilities also include developing corrective actions and coordinating closure of external and internal audit findings (ICATS). Duties consist of develop, oversee, and coordinate the on-site maintenance activities for waste disposition project and for the contained DOE landfill site.

Project Engineer/Environmental

City of Memphis, Memphis, Tennessee

As a lead Project engineer at the department of Housing and Community Development, responsibilities encompass the management of construction of single and multifamily development projects. Duties include supervision of remedial investigations, remedial designs, and remedial actions of various projects for the USEPA such as that of the Former firestone Superfund Site in Memphis, T.N. Work consists of the preparation and implementation of four design packages mainly site preparation, railroad relocation, source remediation (30,000 cy) via soil washing treatment and groundwater remediation by means of a pump and treat system. Contaminants include PAHs, VOCs, and heavy metals. As a lead project engineer, I interfaced with USEPA, other regulatory agencies, and subcontractor personnel.

Environmental Engineer/Consultant

Piedmont Environmental, Kannapolis, North Carolina

Responsible for conducting phase I & II environmental site assessments, underground storage tank (UST) investigation, and removal and remediation actions of contaminated tanks, soils, and groundwater. Duties include Asbestos and Lead Based Paint abatement, and waste materials handling and disposal.
