Headed a team of Academic consultants thereby propagating Trinity College Programmes in English Language training and testing across all states and all affiliating boards of India as also its neighbouring countries.
• Teacher Training
Trained hundreds of teachers and individuals in Communication skills and personality development thereby enhancing productivity/academic excellence of the organizations. Advised teachers on preparing Lesson plans that aligned to the NCERT curriculum and Trinity products that facilitated communicative activities in classroom instruction.
• Launched the Jharkhand project in 2017- In line with the vision of empowering the teachers of Jharkhand and strengthening the educational system of the state from within, a Pilot Project for ‘Developing effective communication skills for the teachers of Jharkhand’ was successfully completed.
• Prepared Curriculum Maps.
Prepared a visual graphic / matrix of alignment between Learning outcomes and approved descriptors of GESE with various boards like CBSE (NCERT), PYP, ICSE, and IB curriculum. Since Graded Examinations in Spoken English are mapped to the different Boards, these exams can be integrated seamlessly in the school’s curriculum and syllabus thereby improving proficiency level of students and teachers alike.
• Conducted orientations, general and product specific Focussing specifically on the learning outcomes and benefits of how the product will improve the proficiency level of students/teachers and in turn raise the academic standards of students as well as the institution.
• Conducted soft skills/ self improvement Workshops for teachers This session generally would involve breaking down the rich tapestry of the intra and interpersonal skills into manageable bite-size chunks, using the PPP methodology suitable for teachers for an average of 3 hour duration.
• Conducted Parent workshops.
Parents and schools both play a major role in improving the level of a child’s language proficiency. Therefore it is imperative for parents to know how to guide the children at home. This interactive session gives them a first hand opportunity, insight/peep to learn the Speaking and listening techniques taught in their children’s classrooms through experiential learning.
• Prepared Training materials
Prepared techniques, resource materials and communicative activities for Trinity Stars Award and Graded Examinations in Spoken English.(GESE)
• Prepared Activity Books – ‘Language Meets Culture.’ This Activity Book is a potpourri of short stories with timeless appeal from all over the World. Stories transport us to a magical world but they are also an efficient and effective means of communication. Therefore, at the end of each story is given a classroom activity which motivates and encourages children to use the target language (English, in this case) correctly. Therefore, at the end of each story is a carefully crafted activity designed around the language requirements of GESE (Graded Examinations in Spoken English) and one of the elements of the story.
