● Organized 7 traditionally rural, Republican counties in Southwest Colorado, surpassing assigned goals for recruiting for virtual phone banks including hitting 209.6% for completed shifts in the final four days.

● Worked with local county chairs and trained volunteers/fellows to be leaders. Hired and led 2 fellows and 5 volunteer leaders.

● Represented the Coordinated Campaign Diane Mitsch Bush in Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District, a DCCC “Red to Blue” race with a R+12 Cook PVI, producing a record breaking 23.73% turf turnout increase since 2016.

● Led the Southwest Colorado turf to swing blue where every county swung blue between 1.8 to 15 points as compared to 2016 and helped cut the loss margin as a region by 6% in a traditionally rural Republican area.

● Recruited for regional surrogate phonebanks with DNC Chair Tom Perez, Rep. Diane Mitsch Bush, Senator-Elect John Hickenlooper, and Olympian Abby Wambach.

● Organized Greenville, the most populated county in South Carolina, as well as, Oconee, Pickens, Anderson, and Abbeville.

● Opened and maintained an office, serve as a staging location leader during GOTV, recruited multiple volunteers and 4+ volunteer leaders, gave field pitches for President-Elect Joe Biden along with Valerie Biden Owens and Symone Sanders, attended several county meetings and built relationships with several county chairs, and knocked on over 5,000+ doors and made over 10,000+ calls.

● Outperformed expectations by delivering a 13.4% gap between first and second for Joe Biden in Greenville that propelled Biden to victory. Also, won the two counties that were favored on election night to go to Senator Bernie Sanders.

● Organized for West Palm Beach, FL which went for Biden, and gave a field pitch for fmr. Secretary of State John Kerry.
