I write, review, revise and maintain technical documents, such as user manual and on-line help pages. As Head Administrator, I was in charge of setting up the physical office. I was responsible for procurement, asset management, and process development/improvement. At the same time, I manage the team of network engineers.

I was hired as Senior Technical Writer and got a promotion within 6 months. As an Editor, I manage a competent and motivated team of Technical Writers. We, the team, constantly collaborate with software developers to obtain the technical information required to author and publish the technical documents. I was hired as a Secretary for the Editorial Department, and promoted as a Copy Editor within a year. I had no background in Electronics Engineering so I spent time each day reading previous publications to educate myself with technical terminologies and writing standards. For print publication, I tightly edit the product write-ups and news stories with short, snappy headlines. I proofread the final copy of the magazine before printing. For online publication, my responsibilities include:
