As an Account Manager/Project Manager hybrid for our business consolidation platform, Convoy Connect, I report up to Director/VP level leadership on product roadmaping, client progression and other creative platform initiatives. Solely developed the customer on-boarding model for Convoy's New Markets sector during Q1 & Q2. In Q3 & Q4 I've managed projects in collaboration with our implementation team that aim to ease on-boarding workflow for future and current members of Convoy's demand org. Have met or exceeded all sales metrics over the past three quarters including new customer acquisition, retention and margin mitigation.
Have consistently identified creative solutions to difficult problems through developing permanent processes/ SOP's. Lead customer calls while working directly with product, marketing and engineering teams to roadmap product and design initiatives for our customers.
On-boarded 20 new clients between Q4 2019 and Q1 2020. Exceeded quota by 115% in first two quarters.
Averaged 80 calls and 50 emails per day while vigorously prospecting new accounts for outbound targeting. As a leader on the SDR team (second hire), I brought notable clients into the Convoy network such as Johnson Matthey, Blue Apron, Newell Rubbermaid and Ross while mentoring new sales team members. Worked closely with more senior account executives to lead client calls and learn about client needs and behavior in the tech industry.
Surpassed $0.25 million in Sales in first 4 months. Exceeded stretch quarterly goal by 110%.
Exceeded average team Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) which include cross selling ability (+4%), units per transaction (+.20) a nd average ticket price (+$150).
Product Managed the shoe department: planning and allocation of the store based on financial/performance goals. I was given the opportunity to enter the world of luxury brands.
