• Taking care of Design drawings of fixtures and its spares by using Auto Cad.

• Made Design Alterations with respect to customer Engineering Change Note

• Coordinating with NPD department in order to achieve required parameters with in planned time.

• Frequently done continuous improvements and productivity improvement projects by using Kaizen, SMED.

• Design and Develop new system, process, and equipment to ensure productivity is effective and efficient.

• Investigate and analyze problems and devise solutions which save money, time and materials.

• Carry out daily and weekly fixture audits as per the schedule to ensure the repeatability of fixtures.

• Prepare inspection reports for incoming fixtures and its spares.

• Maintain inventory of fixture spares.
