Buffalo Wild Wings Cashier with 1-year experience in handling food orders, taking phone calls, and accommodating to guest needs. Buffalo Wild Wings Server for now over 2 years’ experience with having to help several guests at once including taking and remembering orders, checking on guests frequently, and making sure to fit my work ethic to their needs. Worked 35 to 40-hour weeks and have maintained a good relationship with all staff for over 4 years at Buffalo Wild Wings, including being promoted to a Wing Certified Trainer. As a Wing Certified Trainer I help train new servers and teach them how to not only serve but all around be great with guests needs. Relay for Life Recruitment committee for 2017-2018 year at the world's largest collegiate Relay, included presenting speeches to large crowds, organizing lists, and working with a group to recruit not only students but all people we could. Have experience writing professional emails through Relay for Life and meeting deadlines. Started internship with Moon River Senior Care and Transportation in Ashburn, VA in May 2019. They put interns through CNA course and required 150-hours of patient care. Went to patient’s house, apartment, or long-term care facility. Gained a lot of experience working with patients and helping them with their ADL’s (activities of daily living). Started at Warm Hearth in Blacksburg, VA in November 2019 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. As a full-time student I work around 3 to 5 days a week including morning shifts and occasionally overnight shifts. Through working at Warm Hearth I have learned how to take better care of multiple patients at the same time and help with activities of daily living. Currently, I have over 400 hours of experience as a CNA.

Volunteering

Relay for Life at Virginia Tech : I volunteered in the recruitment committee helping to recruit students to participate in the Relay for Life event on campus. VT has the largest collegiate Relay for Life in the world. Relay for Life helps fundraise for the American Cancer Society along with bringing awareness to cancer and support families, friends, patients, and whole communities.

Brother’s United : I volunteered with kids in the Blacksburg area who were diagnosed with Autism. We held potlucks, bowling events, mini-golfing, and many other events to hang out and have fun with kids who had Autism along with their family.

Make A Wish Philanthropy : Helped fundraise money and participate in philanthropic events at Virginia Tech.
