Non-Profit Adult Day Center where I am responsible for the overall operations of the center, including hiring and management of staff; co-created a Disease Prevention and Infection Control Policy following CDC and AZ DHS guidelines; revised Transportation Manual. Center is licensed for 99 senior and young adult participants. Program is going through a reduction in staff; my last day is November 18th, 2020.

It broke ground in February of 2018 and was open for operations on November 13th, 2019 (independent living). From August of 2018 through end of November of 2018, I was the interim Executive Director for Balfour at Riverfront Park in downtown Denver, CO. Balfour of Ann Arbor will open with the highest opening occupancy rate of all Balfour communities when it becomes fully operational at the end of its first full month of operations in February of 2020 (HFA license pending).
