Job Description

My task as an assistant manager is to ensure that our daily targets are met and provide solutions to my supervisor, support and agent concerns, coaching them regarding their statistics and how to deal with their weaknesses. Monitor agent calls to make sure they provide the best quality service on each and every call. Improve our account’s performance by thinking of new ideas to increase the output of each individual; create reports that will be presented later on to the managers regarding the results of our team performance. Develop and enhance team leaders and future leaders by analyzing their performance and teach them the proper method of handling their agents.
