C-Level Operations Consultant Multiple Clients Multiple Cities Currently acting COO for two separate clients including hired to create a strategic and operational plan for a desired acquisition and eventual exit. Created a Project Management Office for 10 year-old SaaS company. Project Margins increased by 19%. Provided strategic planning, project scoping, requirements and day-to-day management from concept to market for the following clients: Finish Line (e-commerce mobile app), Bank of America (New Business Pitch) and Energizer
