Sr. Project Manager (Consultant) Feb 2018 – Mar 2020

Controlling Credit Financing Plans to implement credit financing plan for site. Citi will provide real-time qualification for transactions to be placed on a promotional plan for any big ticket items, prior to the authorization of the purchase. Override functionality is provided for the customer accommodations.

●This is an enterprise level and cross-functional project which is geographically distributed across east coast, west coast and India. This project involves lot of upstream and downstream dependencies with Macys Payment, Macys Order, Macys Site, Macys Customer, Macys Legal team, and Citi bank Fusion team.

●Working with scrum team and product owners to negotiate on the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for delivery as well as minimizing technical debts and technical defects.

Data Bi-Directional to create a synchronized pipeline to allow changes for address in Macys wallet and Citi’s at the same time. Once a customer makes an update on either interface, the update happens on both the end seamlessly.

●Facilitated Inception meeting, created Release Planning based on the sizing.

●Supported Program manager in resource allocation every quarter.
