Description: As part of AMEX Corporate Wide Compliance & Risk Management (CWCRM) program, Compliance and Ethics Risk Assessment System (CERAS) is one of the major pillars supporting CWCRM.
CERAS is divided into two parts Data Mapping and Risk Assessment workflows. Data is received from upstream systems and Compliance processes are mapped to various risk mitigating processes. Now, for every mapped Compliance process Risk Assessment workflows and business rules are used to calculate Risk Assessment score.

Description: This project is to replace the QScore calculation logic in iCRUSE with the new model of QScore calculation from Global Decision Engine (GDE). For this we are introduced New REST connector. iCRUSE sends the request to GDE via Data Power and gets the response with QScore and few other fields. When there is an exception and the response from end point is not received, rating case is routed to the Error handling flow. A common error handling flow for rating case connection failures is defined. The new solution will incorporate reengineered case types, smooth integration with iCRUSE CRU/GIRM, with more scalable centralized platform.

Description: The existing Partner Net portal’s functionality is getting migrated to the cloud based SFDC system to better serve the Partners thus providing them with a single source view of Partner data. The technical challenge which arises is to ensure that the various downstream applications, Ordering and Reporting module and Sym Account web-services are in sync with the SFDC data and the existing functionality and architecture is least impacted by this migration. The primary technical challenge is to create new interfaces which will get the accounts/contacts/partner category data from the source system SFDC and retain the existing functionality of Sym Account Web Services.

Etisalat Customer Information Management(CRM-SIEBEL)which provides information for Individual,corporate customers and manage all their information like Customer data like demographics, contacts, notes and attachments will be modeled in Siebel entities as Accounts, Contacts, Addresses, etc. Siebel System is responsible for managing customer Profile and CRM related actions. A part for emerging business requirement a well number of services added to the current CRM which interacts with TIBCO ESB.
