Project- ADNOC-Borouge 4 (540 KTA plant)

Abu Dhabi Polymers Co. Ltd, a joint venture of ADNOC and Borealis undergoing an expansion project of Borouge’s integrated polyolefins complex in Ruwais, about 250 km west to Abu Dhabi City, UAE.

In this project, we worked on Process design package based on the input parameters furnished by the Borealis. The major activities involved are listed below:

Worked on Hydraulic calculation as well as pump calculation.

Worked on P&ID’s and revised the P&ID’s based on the input variables.

Worked on PFD’s supplied by the Licenser.

Experience in Equipment Sizing such as knock-out drum & Equipment Data Sheet preparation.

Experience in Heat exchanger calculation, i.e., Overall duty of Heat exchanger.

Experience in PSV & Control Valve calculation.

Handled Simulation tools such as Aspen plus/ Hysys.

Also worked with the list of deliverables such as Line list, Instrument list and other variables.

Techurja Pvt Ltd (US Based) from Feb 2016 to Feb 2019.

Project- Reliance Petrochemicals- Hazira

In this project, we worked on a part of Detail engineering and related the activities are listed below:
