Duties & Responsibilities
Handling the 150 crores mega project as one of the team member.
Checklist preparing and checking the various type of civil works at site.
Preparing the work schedule, project daily reports, review meetings, architectural and structural clarifications of ongoing works.
Checking the contractor/vendor bills, running bills, reimbursement bills etc.
Reading the Structural & Architectural drawings,if any changes/clarifications will be notified and co-ordinate with consultant to get the final GFC drawing to the site.
Execution of Biopond, water body, Jogging trak,driveway,Exposed RCC concrete structures, Amphitheater, Swimming pool,Deck gardens, Gym & Pool Reflective pool, PT Slab buildings, Exposed RC water tanks etc.
Knowledge in all finishing works such as -China mosaic flooring, Dry/wet wall claddings, Gabion wall, Coping works, texture design plasterings,Polishing concrete, Microtopping concrete, epoxy flooring etc
Preparing the quality check list for each and every works as per the standards.
Maintaining the documentation of Cube test reports,Vendor bills, Project review meetings,Pre measurements,quality control checklist, labour bills,daily labour attendance,Various types of GFC drawings, General estimations quotations, Project schedules, daily reports etc.
Strictly following the Safety PPE's at site and regular safey meetings conducted and updating to the management.
Attending the weekly /monthly project review meetings along with the project team.
