MINI PROJECT:

Mechanical Spider using klann mechanism

In this Project, we constructed a Spider shaped walking robot using klann mechanism. It can made to step over curbs, climb stairs or travel into an areas that are currently not accessible by wheels.

MAIN PROJECT:

Effects of n-Butanol & Mustard oil Diesel blends on Performance & Emission characteristics in Double cylinder naturally aspirated Diesel Engine

In this project the performance of the engine is enhanced and the emissions are reduced, but the smoke content is increased due to the presence of Mustard oil.

EXPERIENCE:

Working as an Application Engineer, EGS Computers India Private Limited, Kodambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu from April’18 to Present. Responsibilities :

Visiting clients to conduct training & offer technical expertise solutions.

Expertise in creating 3D CAD Models and 2D drawings.

SolidWorks Customization using VBA.

Designed Fasteners as per IS standards. Worked on the sheet Metal Enclosure Design for CNC Machines.

Worked on CAD models from various industries like Sheet Metal, Special Purpose Machines, Storage Solutions, Consumer Products, etc., Working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee(Quality Control), Steel Strips Wheels Limited, Oragadam, Chennai from October’18 to March’19. Responsibilities :

To inspect the wheels of light duty vehicles using calipers and gauges as per the specification given by the customers.

Maintaining a proper check sheet of 5S for clean & accident free production environment.

Maintaining records of day to day exports by coordinating with the production, final inspection & export department.

Certifications: SolidWorks Expert(CSWE), SolidWorks PDM Administrator, SolidWorks Elite AE & GET Government Certificate.
