Responsibilities:

Having experience Updating of Documentation related works as per SOP and cGMP Guide lines Preparation and Review of QRMS related documents, Change Controls and Incidents/ Deviations. Review of Preventive maintenance Schedules, Calibration Schedules. Having experience Installation and Calibration,Documentation of All Measuring Instruments like o Thermal measuring instrument

o Pressure measuring instruments

o Electro Technical measuring instruments

o Mass and volume measuring instruments

o Flow and Leveling measuring instruments

Handling and calibration of water system related PLC and controlling and measuring instruments. Handling of Facility / Equipment Qualification and ensuring all are in validation state Preparation of annual review reports for water system. Maintenance and Troubleshooting related activities for Air compressors, N2 gas plants, Potable& Purified water system and its related Instruments. Ensuring the performance of Master Instrument’s healthy condition and its related calibration documents.

Basic knowledge on Engineering Drawing, Loop Diagrams,P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagrams, Followed in 60kg &100kg and 300kg weighing bridges erection,commission & their breakdown issues.

Calibration of weighing machines and their breakdown issues. Calibration of all type of gauges and check whether they are calibrated in the prescribed periodicity or not.

Other Responsibilities:

Implementation of systems to comply with cGMP Guide lines. Facing USFDA, WHO, EPQP Audits and various customer audits. Work Experience:

Working in SRI SOFTWARE SOLUCRIONS (AUROBINDO PHARMA LIMITED, Unit – XI), as Senior Technician in Engineering Department from feb 2017 to Till date. Worked in VRVS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Hyderabad. Worked as Maintenance, Chiller
