To Use the Travel Agent Websites, Supplier/Booking Websites and Trainings… DO NOT use Tablets or a Mobile device.
*Note: If you use a mobile device you will be booking on the consumer website & will NOT receive Commission!*
2) The Safety Rule
NEVER give your clients or anyone Sensitive Information. For example: The Archer Travel IATA/CLIA #, login info for Travel Agent websites, Cruise reference #
3) The Commission Rule
Always Book Gross Pricing Not NET pricing when booking for a client! Note: The NET rate is the wholesale price for the individual Travel Agent. The Gross rate includes the commission you will receive from the booking as a Travel Agent. Travel Leaders Network: Agent Universe
Travel Leaders Network is our travel consortium. This is a member’s only website that you have access to as a Travel Agent. Preferred Suppliers are located here as well as the Travel Café Website.
How to Register:
Please use the link below to self register with Agent Universe. http://agentprofiler.travelleaders.com/registration.aspx?asi=81062 Fill in your personal information and forms.
It takes 1-2 business days to be approved for Agent Universe.

VAX Vacation Access
VAX gives you the ability to easily research, market and sell custom vacations with flexible and intuitive booking tools.
How to Register:
Please go to BackOffice, Click on Travel Café tab. Click on the ‘Forms’ tab. Click on the ‘Supplier Request Form’ and fill in all your personal information. When asked to ‘Select Supplier Name’, please select ‘VAX: Vacation Access’ Archer Travel will sign you up as an agent. It may take up to 4 business days. Please expect an email from an Archer Travel Agent with your Login information. (Check your spam and junk folders)

Expedia TAAP
Do not call Expedia TAAP to make your bookings! You will not get paid commission. How to Register:
Click on the link below and enter the first and last name, email address, password, click on I have read and agree, then create account. The tracking code WS02555 will appear on the top right of the screen. https://www.expedia.com/TAAP-Agent?key=a74f7bdf-e934-43d5-94da-ffe346f7635d If the above instructions will not create the account, it means that the email address in being used on the consumer side of Expedia.com.
The following must be done in order to bring the email address from Expedia.com into Expedia TAAP. Click on the blue area (Use an existing Expedia.com account for TAAP) shown below on the right, then enter the email address and password and sign in. This should create the account and the tracking code WS02555 will appear on the top right of the screen. If the password is not known, click on forgot password and reset it.
Existing Expedia TAAP account:
Please note that with a move request itineraries cannot be moved to a new agency tracking code and will remain in the tracking code booked under.
1. Agent must run a booking report from the Menu and save this to Excel, so you have a record of your bookings. Once the email is moved the agent will no longer have access to the itineraries in TAAP report.
2. Send an email to *******@*******-******.*** and request the email be moved from the old tracking code to the new. Agent must provide both tracking codes. 3. Once the email is received, support will contact the new agency adminstrator, requesting an approval for the move, then an email will be sent once the move is complete. Please Note: Registering with cruising power will give you access to the following cruise lines: Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Azamara.

Once we receive confirmation from Carnival that you have self registered, we will grant you agent access within 24-48 business hours.
(Note: If you did not fill the fields as shown above, you may be declined access from the above supplier)
Once you are registered, you are granted Agent Access. This means you will full access to goccl.com. You may view your bookings and other agents bookings. YOU MAY NOT CHANGE, LOOK OR REMOVE OTHER AGENTS BOOKINGS. YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED IF YOU DO SO!
If you choose to call in a booking for a cruise line and are asked for the agency phone number, please use 818-***-**** or you will not be paid commission. Additional Cruise Lines & Sandals Resorts
How to Register:
One Source (Princess), Norwegian Cruise Lines, MSC, and Sandals Resorts Click on Travel Café tab. Click on the ‘Forms’ tab. Click on the ‘Supplier Request Form’ and fill in all your personal information. When asked to ‘Select Supplier Name’, please select the suppliers name. This must be done individually for each supplier.
Archer Travel will sign you up as an agent. It may take up to 4 business days. Please expect an email from an Archer Travel Agent with your Login information. (Check your spam and junk folders)
Note: Must be agent for 6 months to be signed up to Sandals. IMPORTANT: You do not need to be registered with a supplier to book with them. You can always call in the booking and use the Archer Travel IATA number or Cruise Line number provided below!
Booking/Registering with Suppliers
State that you are an Archer Travel Agent.
You need Archer Travel’s IATAN #/ARC #/CLIA # 05824840 You need this when calling in a booking or registering with a supplier. When calling or booking with a Cruise line, you need the Cruise reference # 818-***-****. When booking with a non-cruise line (resorts, hotels, packages, land tours & more..), please use the 818-***-**** phone number.

Commissions
The Commission Tracking Form MUST be completed immediately after creating a booking! To access this form, register your evotravelagent.com website. Once there, Click ‘Login.’ Click on “Commission Tracking Form” Tab. Fill out the form and click Submit. (A separate Group Commission Tracking Form is required for groups) You must fill out this form to receive your commissions after every booking.
(Note: If you still have not received your commission 60-90 days after the travel has been completed, please, click on the ‘Where’s My Commission’ Tab? On your evotravelagent.com website dashboard)
US Based Agents NEED an Akimbo Card to receive commissions! Login to your BackOffice. Click on ‘Pay card info’ tab. Register for your Akimbo Card using the special CLICK HERE link provided in the tab. You must use this special link to receive your commissions.
Once you have registered your Akimbo Card, Please call Akimbo to receive your 6 or 7 digit Pay Card Identifier. Go to your BackOffice, Click on Account, Click on Update Personal Info, Enter your 6 or 7 digit Pay Card Identifier. (you may only enter it once, make sure to double check it is correct before hitting submit)
Note: International Agents should email **************@************.*** to receive information on commission payouts. Do not sign up for an Akimbo Card if you are an international agent.
