Application upgrade support, validation, and regression testing. On-Call responsibilities on rotation for after-hours support. Test, debug, and document system modifications and upgrades. Running of CCL/SQL scripts for maintenance, to troubleshoot and to solve Millennium issues. Project management duties to lead projects as assigned. Daily support and maintenance of all HIM/Patient Financial systems. Utilize SCCM, Bomgar, Teams, and Skype to support end-users. Work with Cerner, Nuance, Optum, and 3M vendors to support our software solutions. Work independently and with the entire team to produce successful outcomes.
