While in the position as general superintendent I managed the construction teams on several projects consisting of conversion of an 18- story office tower into 228 units of market rate apartments from Design/Development, Entitlement with the city, Project budgeting, Scheduling, Planning and Execution. Renovation of 630,000 sq.ft. shopping mall in Elkhart In. TI buildouts of 3 grocery supermarkets

As a superintendent I managed the renovation and addition to the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District office building in Eden Prairie MN, Completed several high-end tenant improvement projects from office to restaurant buildouts in the north Loop of Minneapolis. 33-unit Multi-Family ground up market rate apartment buildings in the Minneapolis area. Anoka Hennepin School District ground up 32,000 sq ft maintenance facility.
