Lead strategic direction for staff of 19 in-house technology professionals, as a Managed Service Provider for 14 companies in the Marketing and Advertising industry. Overseeing Global IT Operations, Infrastructure Architecture and Engineering, Application Support, Information Technology Governance, Data Center Operations, Security and Risk Management, Project Management, IT Vendor and Invoice Management. for all companies within the Stagwell Portfolio and client companies. Manage a $10M P&L spanning all IT services.

Converted regionalized IT support and Engineering across North America, EMEA and APAC into a global and scalable 24x7 model increasing productivity by 20% and realizing an annual savings of $200K annually.

Led strategic direction for staff of 20 in-house technology professionals, and 135 outsourced FTEs through Managed Service Provider for $6B modern luxury retail company, reporting to the Senior Vice President Global Tech Services. Oversaw Global IT Operations for corporate and retail production support, Information Technology Governance, Data Center Operations, Security and Vulnerability Management, IT Vendor and Invoice Management, and Large Project Governance.

Converted Global Corporate Infrastructure and End User Support (Service Desk for multi-language support) from in-house to managed services model, yielding $2M annual run-rate savings impact.

In recognition for above-noted successful conversion, assumed additional responsibility of Global Retail Service Desk Support and Level 2 functions for all Tapestry brands, saving $750K yearly.

Head of Infrastructure Operations and Data Center Management

Directed National Operations Team of in house people responsible for all Retail Systems and Store Support that included POS, credit card payment, and accounting and financial reporting and reconciliation. Directed on-premises and colocation Production and Disaster Recovery Data Centers throughout US.

Re-engineered all monitoring and alerting systems, reporting real time on production, development, and QA systems, providing increased awareness for physical infrastructure and eCommerce web platform.
