Responsibilities included:
Cyber-Security:
·Gathered data from multiple asset management databases and unified them into a single database using the Cireson Asset Management tool. This required mapping the data for the various databases, all of which had individual values, to the structure built into the Cireson database.
·Creating a workflow document and swimlanes for the asset management process in order to ensure future users have the ability to complete the procedure.
·Worked with Nessus software to detect critical Windows and UNIX vulnerabilities that were affecting the firm’s hardware and virtual systems. Using the Nessus software, created reports consisting of all of the hosts that were affected, CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures), and articles regarding the vulnerabilities, which were then passed on to the various service teams for remediation.
IT Project Management:
·Tasked with software testing for the development team. As the development team released prototype versions of new software, I thoroughly tested the software to catch any bugs or functionality issues.
·Along with the testing, I created a test script that contained all of the processes and functions for the new software, and whether or not it passed testing. This script was then given to the development team in order to make corrections.
Technology On Demand – New York, NY
Technologist August 2016 – May 2019
Responsibilities included:
·Examined and confirmed the installs of Crestron lighting systems at commercial job sites, mainly in Manhattan, including physical hardware connections and device communication.
·Liaised with lighting system installers and contractors to ensure that system was ready for commissioning.
·Loaded and tested the code written in C# designed for the particular lighting system to ensure appropriate functionality as well as provided training on the system for the clients.
·Sent to work on job sites on my own after just six weeks of training and completed work on over 100 project sites including high profile projects such as Google’s Chairman’s Office, and Penn State.
·Performed IT service calls for various IT clients of the company, which included general network and hardware issues, as well as the use of their Tigerpaw software.
