Orchestrated executive-level leadership in GEMS organization to tactfully partner/network with business and share ownership for business strategy and business value outcomes by leveraging design thinking principles. Collaborated with 3rd party vendors and customers in wholesale and retail industry segments to strategize and transform baseline applications/architecture to target architecture/technologies with minimal operational disruption. Collaborated with System Admins to establish network and firewall rules.

Spearheaded the transformation of legacy IBM Power Systems ERP applications to SaaS (OMS, WMS, TMS, EDI, Hospitality (Recipe Management), Inventory, Mobile, Pricing/Promotions) by implementing new application, data (OLTP and OLAP) and technology architectures and implementation governance for the organization.
