Unit Coordinator – on Dementia Unit

Ensure patient lab work is completed daily.

Scan medical record and retrieve information in Med Force or/Sigma

Analyze permanent discharge medical records, communicate findings to appropriate discipline(s)

Transport patient medical records(s) information throughout the facility as needed.
