Premier Inspira Builders, Bangalore. 12/2018 – 01/2019 Intern
Assisted Civil Engineers in a premium residential project. I was taught about basic aspects of construction works. Designed and Optimized building models using Auto CAD Software.
Bangalore Metro Railway Corporation Limited - Phase II 07/2019 – 08/2019 Intern
Worked on Green Line Metro Corridor project of line length 4 km starting from Nagasandra to BIEC Grounds. Identified few design flaws i.e Cracks, Water Leakage in on-going projects there by preventing structural failure. Assisted in underground work and learnt about piers, segments, pile-cap and pile foundations. Learned about a major structural aspect called as Pre-Stressing.
Theoretical analysis on application of vertical axis 2019 wind turbine to airport and railways
• Submitted to Global Conference on Advanced and Sustainable Technologies held at MITE(Mangalore), Scopus Indexed. Also won the "Best paper award".
• The Project aims at utilizing wind energy in most effective way to get maximum electric output. The turbine here utilizes energy from speeding rails on railways and jet blasts from aircrafts, then converts it to useful electricity. Use of polystyrene as aggregate in light weight 2020 concrete – A review
• Presented at "G TECHO EXPO 2020" in G Madhegowda Institute of Technology
(Maddur), accepted and under review
• This review paper is limited to studies regarding lightweight concrete that are produced from Expanded Polystyrene beads. A reduction in the unit weight of concrete and yet providing adequate strength will create a significant economic positive impact to the construction industry.
Waste management of polystyrene - As replacement 2020 for coarse aggregate to produce light concrete
• This project depicts, an investigation conducted by using Expanded Polystyrene beads as cent percent replacement to coarse aggregates by volume. Fresh properties of concrete with and without inclusion of polystyrene beads were tabulated. Workability, density, compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength are computed.
