Duties & responsibilities

Plan, organize & direct the daily production.

Prepare production and manpower plans weekly/monthly.

Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

Ensure that the production is cost effective.

Utilize manpower and machines effectively, ensure strict discipline in manufacturing area.

Responsible for shift production targets, breakdowns, rejection and housekeeping of the plant.

Review the technical activities, Routine preventive maintenance, / Breakdown maintenance /ISO documentation, Monthly reports, daily monitoring of plants critical equipments to achieve zero failure of plant equipment & expedite monthly performance against the targeted performance control parameters.

Prepare daily production reports & wastage analysis, control production operation.

Prepare SOP for the machines.

Prepare HOS reports.

Maintain the raw material stock, packing material stock.

Establishing all working norms, safety practices, shut down procedures and also contingency plans in case of any major break downs.

Maintain machine checklist, GMP&GHP checklists, mold maintenance checklists, trial reports, extruder mixing ratios, first piece approvals, employee training reports, bill of material details & non conformity records.

Handling 60 personals & reporting to operational manager.

Ensure & implementation of adherence to health & safety procedures.

Take action against the quality issues &customer complaints.
