The scope of work is to extend the cinema parking in the direction of MBR Boulevard to the sum of an additional 7305 m2 in order to increase the number of the parking areas and retails. Existing cinema parking will be modified by employing slab strengthening, service rerouting, slabs, ramps demolishing and construction. This will add 39 retail spaces in additional to the construction new substation, pump rooms, water tank, etc.
This project belongs to its owner Emaar Properties, managed by Turner, lead Consultant by WSP ME (Design and Supervision), Architecture consultant by BSBG, and construct by Main contractor AL Shafar - ASGC for Main Work package. (Value of 1.4 billion UAE Dirhams) – Downtown Dubai, October 2013 - June 2017 The massive expansion of The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination has been commenced with the first phase expansion by 1 million square feet awarded to WSP as a lead consultant. The new expansion involves construction of a new ‘Fashion Avenue’ in between the existing Dubai Mall and the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. The extension will allow the Mall to increase its annual capacity to over 100 million visitors.
This project belongs to its owner Emaar Properties, managed by Turner, lead Consultant by WSP ME (Design and Supervision), Architecture sub consultant by DPA, and constructed by Main contractor DBB\ Dutco Balfour Beatty for Main Work package and Al Futtaim Carillion\AFC for enabling work package. The Dubai Mall Car Parks Modifications – Dubai 2011/2012 Scope of comprise all the civil and coating works for the mall parking areas Cinema, Fashion and Grand parking’s, which consists of 22 floors total. This project is under TURNER management and belongs to its owner EMAAR Properties. Zayed National Museum (Sub-Structure) – Sadeyat Island - Abu Dhabi, Q1-Q2/2011 Scope of construction of Mini package had been accomplished of the piling works, substructure and full superstructure for the mini service building and the tunnel, in additional to the piling and full substructure for the main building. This project is under AECOM management and belongs to its owner TDIC.
Eastern Mangrove – Angsana resort “ Anantra” (Value of AED 1.1 Billion) - Abu Dhabi, 2009/2011
Scope of Construction of Hotel Apartments, Luxury Penthouse Style Apartments, Chandlery Apartments, Energy Center, Substations, Marina Apartments and finally Sea Food Restaurant inside the Mangrove Canal with a 30 Berth Marina including all the infrastructure and internal roads. This project is under TISHMAN\TURNER management, lead consultant HYDER and belongs to its owner TDIC. City of Arabia (Value of AED 2.8 Billion) Dubai, 2008 - 2009. Comprise of Elite Towers, two 45 storey and two 30 storey residential and commercial four high rise towers, plus the Mall of Arabia and Wadi Walk.
This project is under P&T management and belongs to its owner ILias & Mostafa Caladari.

• Manage the site supervision and the team of engineers and inspectors.
• Coordinate with all disciplines to maintain consistency and integrity in the overall construction works.
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, any requests for information within the contract time frame.
