Duties & Responsibilities as Project Senior HSE Engineer:

Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.

Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.

Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.

Designs and implements safety regulations to minimize the risk of injuries or accident on construction sites.

Conduct safety audits to ensure the personnel, materials and equipment’s are in compliance with government safety regulations.

Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, assess performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments, and conducts preventive care, safety, and compliance training programs.

Prepare significant TRA-Task Risk Assessment for every specific task related to project

Promote occupational health and safety awareness. Ensure effectiveness of the safety programmed in all areas of operations. Advise on environmental awareness, control and waste management.

Conduct investigation on accidents / incidents & prepare reports and advise safety measures to prevent recurrence.

Maintain required record keeping system and provide adequate documentation on occupational monitoring activities.

Take the lead of safety meeting with the Project Management team where safety is the main agenda.

Take part in client driven safety walk-through / safety audit.

Conduct regular inspections of Fire Protection Equipment to assure its proper placement and operational reliability.
