Site Management and monitoring of all work, Coordinating with other supervisors and getting job done, Target job completion on daily basis, Site Requirement coordination with Store Incharge, Ensuring proper records and reports being maintained such as daily progress reports, manpower reports, Quality reports such as DFT measurement, TAPE TEST record and quality paper maintained by supervisors and certified by clients . Safety is our first Priority in any Site Job execution. we shall be executing Site jobs as per our and our Client’s Safety standard and ensure that no unsafe act is undertaken. I have to ensure that all the workmen are using PPE as per standard’s laid down by client and the job is undertaken as per safety instructions of client. We have zero tolerance policy towards negligence in implementing site Safety standard.
