EXPERIENCE

BRANCH MANAGER

FIRST NATIONAL BANK TEXAS

NOVEMBER 01, 2017- PRESENT

After working for three years with FNBT I finally reached out and submitted for a Branch Managers position. I was put into our location at Copperas Cove HEB. While at this location I started to run our Financials to make sure our branch was a profitable branch year over year. Number one goal to help bring in profit was to watch our NET Account growth, to make sure we had success with keeping our existing customer but also having the right promotions to bring in the new customers to bank with us. At this location my team would rank in the top 5 out of our region of 37 branches month over month.. On top of working with the financials and watching our account growth, I would have to go through all items to make sure we are compliant in our Audits and regulations. At this location my Audits where always a 90 or above. Some other responsibilities of mine would be to send the tellers to new trainings to keep them and myself up to date on new regulations, run monthly Audits on the tellers at the location, make sure we always have the right amount of money in our location and to make sure the ATM is running and when it goes down getting a tech out to the location in a timely manner to get it back up and going. On top of running my location at the Copperas Cove HEB my regional manager started to send me out to other locations that were doing poor in areas to conduct train and to help them become more successful. I have also taken on training new managers that are being promoted in to the position. Just recently in April 2020 during the crazy time of the pandemic my regional manager decided to move me to our new location in the Copperas Cove Walmart.

PERSOANAL BANKER/ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

FIRST NATIONAL BANK TEXAS

Working with a couple different teams, I have had the ability to learned many new things. I have been a part of seated and computer base training to help continue with my growth within my career at Frist National Bank Texas. I started out as Personal Banker Level I, since then I have had a couple different titles, to name a few, Branch Mentor, Branch Supervisor Level IV and Assistants Branch Manager Level V. A few of the awards I have won include; Employee of the Month multiple times, Regional Employee of the Month, President’s Award of Excellence, Rock Star Legend multiple times, Rock Star Legend of the Year, Top Seller multiple times and I also received Regional Employee of the Year for 2015. I have achieved all of this in the 2 years I have been with company and I don’t plan on stopping there. I set up team building activities for our team every few months to help us grow stronger as a group. On the weekends I like to set up challenges to help motivate the team and district. I was the direct deposit Guru; my goal is to teach our newer staff why it is so important to set up direct deposit with our customers at account opening, before they leave our bank. I am given a goal each month of how many accounts I need to get to help our branch get the amount we need for the month. I always hit my goal and go past that to hit my personal goal. Some everyday duties I do to help my team included; being Vault/Back up Vault when needed, ordering money, retention to help keep the bank in compliance for our audits, running the coin machine, doing everyday withdrawal and deposits for our customers, and setting up selling promotions each week as well as anything my branch manager ask of me.
