Worked for “Cera Sanitary Ware Ltd”, as a “Graduate Engineer Trainee”, from 02/07/2018 to 14/05/2019.
As a GET worked on defects reduction:
Crawling Reduction: Reduced crawling from 4% to 2% (In closets) by applying wooden stick and low-density glaze 15 minutes before glazing.
Refractory Dirt Reduction: Reduced R.D from 26% to 19% (In table top wash basins) by avoiding loading the pieces below double deck cars.
Crack Reduction: Reduced foot crack from 6% to 4% (In single pieces) by introducing 3 layers of thermocol before placing.
I got vast opportunities to learn the process of all the departments, learning supervisory skills, manpower handling and presentation skills.

Organising monthly meetings for production targets, defects reduction and manpower issue of every shift for production staff.
Reporting any issues related to defects and targets to the supervisor on duty.
