Attending Breakdowns, Shut downs, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance scheduling & executing.

Maintaining the critical spares related to electrical, AC & DC Drives, PLC & HMI.

Monitoring Energy consumption & executing energy saving & cost saving projects

Taking care of all general shift electrical activities in entire paper machines

Providing necessary Technical & Safety Training to the technicians & engineers.

Trouble shooting and maintenance of following equipment’s

1. 11KV,10KV,3.3KV&500V voltage levels of HT&LT panels equipped with switchgear with VCB’s, ACB’s & OCB(3.3KV).

2. 11KV&3.3KV HT motors up to 800KW.

3. DC motors up to 384 KW with SIEMENS 6RA70 drives.

4. AC motors up to 450 KW with ABB Breakers.

5. AC motors up to 250 KW with ACS 800 ABB AC drives.

Work profile:

The work involves conversion of existing LT network into High Voltage Distribution System

( LT less) by dismantling the existing Distribution Transformer of 63KVA and above rating in rural area especially for Agriculture loads and erection of lower capacity 3-phase Transformers (16KVA,25KVA,40KVA) nearer to the loads.

Nature of work:

Survey of proposed route.

Conversion of existing 3-phase LT line into 3-phase HT line by utilizing same existing supports and conductor by replacing cross arms and insulators with metal parts suitable for 11KV.

Supply erection and commissioning of 3-phase 16,25,40KVA CRGO core conventional type copper wound distribution Transformers including structure, earthing, LT terminal arrangement etc. nearer to loads.

Erection of LT AB cable 3x16+1x25sq.mm on the existing supports from newly erected Distribution Transformers to the existing service whenever necessary.

3. M/s JEEVANA JYOTHI ENTERPRISES, Guntur:

Worked as Electrical Supervisor in 11KV line erection works

in Narasarao pet, Guntur under the client of APSPDCL in And hra Pradesh.
