1. Rose Systemtechnik GmbH A Group of Phoenix Meccano India Pvt. Ltd. (Manufacturing of Electrical Panels for Explosive Atmosphere)

Designation. : Application Engineer

Duration of employment : From November 2019 to till date Responsibilities : Designing of Electrical Panels for Explosive Atmosphere like Control panels, Control Station, Component Enclosure, Terminal box, Empty Enclosure etc as per the client requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

● Designing of electrical panels for explosive atmosphere as per the hazardous area classification, Temperature, Group and sub division etc suitable for customer requirements.

● Based on the customer requirement, selection of enclosure type, protection concept, Material of construction and certifications etc.

● Certified/Uncertified materials selection based on protection concept and location of installation, preparation of material list & material costing. Preparation of BOM in Microsoft excel.

● Selection of suitable enclosure size as per list of materials, entries, etc. Preparation of Panel costing.

● Customer technical query handling, providing technical compliance and competitive solutions based on the requirements.

● After receipt of order, coordination with the sales admin, material planning and draft-man. Follow up with draft-man for drawing preparation and submission.

● Drawing checking before forwarding to customer approval.

● After customer approval, I will verify Ex-Approval drawing and provide Ex-Approval to proceed further manufacturing activities.

● At the time of order execution, Coordinating with the material planning, production planning and vendors for the smooth production process and completion of work within the scheduled time .

2. Lantec Technologies (Electrical Panel Manufacturer) Designation. : Electrical Engineer – Projects

Duration of employment : From June 2013 to October 2019 Responsibilities : Designing of Electrical panels like PCC, APFC Panel, MCC,PDB, HT Panels, VFD Panels, etc as per the clients requirement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

● Designing of electrical panels as per the clients requirements and preparation of BOM.

● Selection of materials, preparation of material list & material costing of the Electrical Panels as per the clients requirement .

● Calculating the panel / feeder compartment size and preparation of Panel costing, GA Drawings

● Calculating the sizing of bus bars as per the clients requirements .

● Attending the techno–commercial meeting with the clients according to finalize the projects .

● Preparation of drawings like GA & SLD in AutoCAD software.

● Preparation of BOM in Microsoft excel

● Getting approval of documents from clients side and forwarding to the production department

● Coordinating with the production department and vendors for the smooth production process and completion of work within the scheduled time .

● Updating the work status with clients, attending /coordinating the Panel inspection with clients.

3. ARUDRA ENGINEERS (PVT) LTD.,

Duration of employment : From December 2012 to May 2013 Responsibilities : Erection, Commissioning, Supervision of boilers and superheaters on Thermal power plant at Barh site (Bihar). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

● Erection and commissioning of 20ton/hr capacity and 17.5kg/sq.cm of pressure boiler

● Maintaining the water level, oil level of Boiler with superheater
