Skill in preparing technical reports and in making recommendation for Process improvements.

To prepare training schedule for new hires to build their technical skills to fulfill job requirements.

Under strict supervision in Body shop

•Trained to Buildup good Resistance Welding particularly SPOT WELDING

(dc/ ac/ medium frequency half wave dc or medium frequency half wave ac).

•Reading & understanding of Electrical & Electronic wiring Diagrams and Mechanical Blueprints.

•Completed training with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

•Completed training with Good Documentation process (GDP).

•To achieve daily production as per the monthly target production schedule.

•To monitor closely with each Products from the line.

•Familiar with Resistance welding techniques.

•Familiar with Chisel test, Peel test, Re-strained test methodologies in order to check the quality of the Welding.

•Have to do Quality check closely with the products.

•Have to rectify the Malfunction in case of Human error.

•Have to focus the target achievement with in the 8 hour shift.

•To do proper welding with clean room facility instruments & equipment’s (production line).

•To do 5S in order to hand over the machine to take care the subsequent shift personal.

•Ensures compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.

•Participates in post-job review with supervisor, Learn and utilize project management skills in the organization and execution of project assignments as necessary.
