Lead rolling out of Project Costing and Project Billing for three newly acquired companies having global operations across 8 countries.
Realigning business processes across laboratories, clean energy and advisory services to meet the needs of different units and systems, by standardizing the processes across units.
Designed the interface process across the three systems, where leads are created in Sales Force, Projects in Oracle Projects and PSA in FinancialForce.

Lead the rollout of Oracle Project Costing, Billing and Project Manufacturing for Canada and Mexico using the current R12 system.
Led workshop and CRP sessions in South Africa to understand the South Africa business and defined process differences for Material Handling business. Created a blue print for Material handling business
Performed feasibility analysis to replace Maximo system to Oracle Projects and Manufacturing in Egypt for their Operations and Maintenance business.
Enhanced the revenue recognition extension to include performance obligation based POC revenue recognition method.
For the UK business, evaluated two options - 1. Merging UK aftermarket orders with Denmark and Capital orders with Austria Vs 2. Implementing new version of Project Accounting in UK entity. Presented the comparison and benefits of each option.
