- Painting murals from supplied digital designs

Graphic Design Intern - Healthy Capital - 2018 — 2019

- Designing multi-page white-paper documents using supplied copy and company style guide: These documents ranged from around 5-20 pages and would be designed primarily with InDesign. Each would include numerous tables created with the InDesign tables feature and several info-graphics such as pie charts and bar graphs made with Adobe Illustrator. Some light photo-editing of stock photography using Photoshop was also sometimes involved.

- Creating digital assets for use in HealthyCapital app: The new version of the app called for a suite of icons indicating various exercises for use in the health tracking features. A sample set of 10 icons was provided by the lead designer, and it was my duty to create about 100 additional icons for different exercises and activities that match the style of the provided icons.

- Designing new logos for the website:

Several new blogs and a podcast were started on the company website and I designed a set of 5 logos based on the company logo, combining image and type incorporating the name of the blog and key graphic elements of the company logo. An image for use in podcast apps was also developed.

Printer/Production Designer - FastSigns - 2018 — 2019

- Print production

Preparing files for printing and/or plotting and performing manual production of cut vinyl such as cutting, weeding, and transferring.

- Designing proposals for clients

Clients would be sent a proposal for each project which would display the design of the sign with all sizes and dimensions in addition to a photo-edited preview of the proposed project. Diagrams or drawings would sometimes be needed for specific projects.
