• Selection of different types of FCU, Non FCU outdoor and Indoor Units

as per customer requirement.

• Preparing rough drawing positioning and Copper Pipe routing the IDU

and ODU. Diffusers and Duct routing for sales team and customer meeting

to finalize the project.

• Finally preparing shop floor drawing and SLD drawing to start the

• For Ductable Units we design the Duct drawings with their sectional

• Look into the fabrication of ducting / piping / insulations,

installations of machines and fixing of grills / diffusers with

balancing of cfm.

Revit MEP Designing & Drafting:

• Coordinate technical discipline BIM development, standards, data requirements,

etc. as required with the Design Team BIM Manager

• Assist with BIM project setup including template formation, library creation and

workflow analysis through various technologies.

• Conceptual Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Design

Coordination Services using Design Coordination Software, Standards Checking

using Standards and Coordination Software, and Interaction with clients and other

consultants throughout all Disciplines e.g. Architecture, Structure, MEP experience

in various Building Information Modelling (BIM) Platforms and Tools.

• Heating & cooling load calculations.

• Creating air flow schedule.

& physical connections.
