Generation of electricity using potential and kinetic energy( speed breakers)

This project is based on the fact that how electricity can be generated with the help of speed breaker by making gear arrangement and using electronic gadgets.

A huge amount of electricity can be generated, saving a lot of money. It is a real time implementation project.

In this project we are trying to make use of kinetic energy in order to generate an electrical energy.

This project will work on the conversion of “Kinetic energy to Electrical energy conversion”.

Kinetic energy can be thought of as energy stored within a physical system.

This energy can be released or converted into other forms.

As the vehicle passes over the speed breaker the load acted upon the speed breaker setup is there by transmitted to rack-pinion and chain sprocket arrangements.

Where the to and fro motion of the speed-breaker is converted into rotatory motion of the DC generator.

This rotatory motion is fed into the gear drive which multiplies its speed. this speed is sufficient to rotate the rotor of a generator where an electro motive force is produced.

The generated power can be used to lighten up the lamps near the speed breaker. DECLARATION
