A professional civil engineer with a wide range of experience in different civil engineering disciplines such as analysis, design, planning and scheduling. Project Title: AL Ain Hospital

Construction Cost: $1.2 Billion (Approx. 4.4 billion AED) Duties and Scope of work:

-Controlling the internal and external stone facade cladding works.

-Coordination with subcontractors and tracking the proposed schedule with the progress.

-Finalizing Mock-ups installations.

-Responsible for casting of screed & Sidewalks.

-Controlling casting of staircases slab covers and monitoring staircases repairing works.

-Managing casting and repairing of substations.

-Monitoring the waterproofing works at loggia terrace windows.

-Monitoring repairing works at walls, slabs and floors.

-Preparing daily reports for the daily activities.

-Coordinating with QA/QC Engineers for raising the necessary inspections to the consultant.

-Attending progress meetings with contractors, consultant, and client. Honors:

Duties and Scope of work:

- Monitoring structural repairing works using FRP (Fiber reinforced polymers) materials.

- Managing subcontractors progress during repairing.

- Controlling the sequence of work and priorities along with the proposed schedule.

- Preparing daily reports regarding the progress/work completion to be discussed with the project manager.

- Raising the necessary inspection test requests (ITRs) to the third party (eforce) and Adnoc with coordination with the QA/QC department.

- Attending meetings with client and the third-party inspectors to track the activities progress.

+ two Podiums + Ground Floor+ three Basements.

Duties and Scope of work:

- Finishing works of the project including floor tiling, walls painting/mosaic cladding, floor marble installation, plastering (repair), painting …etc.

- Supervising waterproofing works/installation at wet areas and roof.

- Coordinating with MEP teams to finalize civil construction works.

- Controlling of mullion installation and alignment.

- Supervising the installation of wooden, glass and steel doors.

- Following the traffic coating application at basements and ramps.

- Controlling Anti-carbonation paint works at basements and carbon mono/dioxide -exposed areas.

- Monitoring swimming pool area works from the waterproofing, testing, and final finishing.

- Controlling external cladding works.
