1. TVS Apache:

Description : The project was targeted to develop a Motorcycle model for Indian market in order to compete with bajaj pulsar series, Yamaha FZ series category. Responsibility/achievement/projects include:
Design of External body parts of motorcycles, ensuring tool, engineering feasibility, vehicle manufacturability to ensure structural requirement as per standards to assure quality conformance.
Interaction with Operations team and train to assemble parts as per design intent.
Interaction with supplier for improving the quality and reduce complexity of designed parts.
Concept Design & evaluation of engineering details for style parts to improve Fit & Finish.
Create Drawings, upload documents & initiate workflow in PLM link server.
Interaction with Analysis team and update parts as per the structural requirement.
Support for component & vehicle level testing as per DVP and taking counter measures to overcome failures.
Conducting FVP Audit on finished vehicle and making action plans to improve the fit & finish of the vehicle.
