Study of Mechanical and Tribological characteristics of coir reinforced polyester composite

A team of 3 members including me performed an experimental study on a polyester composite reinforced with coir ber to nd out the mechanical and tribological characters. We performed the Tensile strength test, Flexural test, and Wear test. We were able to arrive at the conclusion that, the sample which contains 15 percent reinforcement has higher tensile and exural strength, and also it is the most wear-resistant one.
Design and fabrication of badminton shuttle shooting machine April 2020 A team of 4 members designed and fabricated the machine which is capable to shoot the cock in various angles and speed thereby allowing the player to train solo. The project was appreciated by the principal and the equipment is in service at the college sports room.
